While most of the state's industrial development has historically concentrated around the northern and eastern areas linked to automotive manufacturing, this MXN 1.7 billion investment by Grupo Lintel signals the emergence of a new strategic zone for industrial expansion.
From a real estate perspective, the greatest opportunity may not be within the park itself, but in the surrounding assets that will support it. As manufacturing, logistics, and technology companies establish operations in the area, demand is expected to increase for housing, commercial services, logistics facilities, and complementary developments.
