How it's calculated
- Álcamo: 3% of the rent for the first 60 months and 1.5% from then on.
- Market reference: 5% of the rent for the first 60 months and 2.5% from month 61 to 120. After month 120 we assume the same 2.5% rate.
- The cost of vacancy is not added to your savings: it happens with any broker, and we don't assume a time to lease here.
