Privacy notice

This is a translation for convenience; the Spanish version prevails.

This notice applies to people who write to us through this site, to owners who entrust us with marketing a property, and to individuals or companies interested in leasing or buying.

1.Who is responsible

José Alonso López Alonso, Bernardo Robles González and Juan Cruz Cuadro Moreno Rodríguez, individuals with business activity operating under the trade name Álcamo (“Álcamo”), are responsible for processing your personal data. In each transaction, the responsible party is the partner named as intermediary in the agreement you sign. Address: Local 19, Plaza San Miguel, Av. Arroyo el Molino 301, Calicantos II, C.P. 20983, Aguascalientes, Ags. The person in charge of handling privacy requests is José Alonso López Alonso.

2.What data we process

We only ask for what each relationship requires. We do not request sensitive personal data (health, origin, beliefs, preferences or biometric data).

If you are…	Data we process
A visitor who writes to us from the site	Name, email, phone, company and the message you send. If you subscribe to the newsletter, only your email.
An owner who entrusts us with a property	Your official ID details (name, CURP, voter key, date of birth, sex, address and the image of the ID card); tax ID (RFC), phone, email, address for notices and nationality. For sales, additionally marital status, marital property regime and spouse's name. Name and RFC of any co-owners you indicate. Electronic signature data (date, IP address and device). Asset data: property details and documents (title deed, property tax bill, lien-free certificate, land use, tax status certificate) and the asking price or rent.
Someone interested in leasing or buying	Name, email, phone, company and job title; official ID, and that of your representative; company details (articles of incorporation and powers of attorney). Financial data: the information the owner requests in order to assess the transaction, such as financial statements, proof of income and guarantor details.

Asset and financial data require your express consent, which you give by signing the agreement or by ticking the corresponding box in the portal or form.

3.What we use it for

Necessary

Without these we cannot provide the service.

Respond to your requests and give you property information.
Verify your identity and the ownership of the property.
Draft, electronically sign and safeguard agreements.
Market the property, coordinate visits and present prospects.
Negotiate and close the transaction; invoice and collect fees.
Comply with tax and anti-money-laundering obligations.
Handle claims and defend rights.

4.Who we share it with

Third parties that receive your data

The other party to the transaction (owner, tenant or buyer), notaries, attorneys and appraisers, as needed to enter into the agreement.
Authorities such as the SAT (tax authority) or the Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera (Financial Intelligence Unit), when required by law.
Other real estate advisors collaborating with us on marketing or closing, under our coordination. This transfer requires your consent: you may accept or refuse it in the owner portal or by writing to contacto@alcamo.com.mx. If you tell us nothing, we will understand that you accept it, and you may revoke it at any time.

Service providers

We use providers that process data solely on our behalf and under a duty of confidentiality: application and database hosting, email and file storage (Google Workspace), electronic signature and NOM-151 preservation certificates (ZapSign), email delivery, messaging (WhatsApp) and artificial intelligence tools that read your ID to avoid data-entry errors. Some of these providers store information outside Mexico.

The real estate portals where we publish (for example, EasyBroker) receive only the property data, never your personal data as an owner.

5.How to limit its use

Ask us to add you to our exclusion list so you do not receive optional communications.
Unsubscribe using the link included in every email.
Register with PROFECO's Registro Público para Evitar Publicidad (Public Registry to Avoid Advertising).

6.Your ARCO rights

You may access your data, request its rectification or cancellation, object to its use or revoke your consent. Send an email to contacto@alcamo.com.mx with:

Your name and a means to reply to you.
A copy of your ID or, if a representative acts for you, both IDs and the document accrediting them.
Which right you wish to exercise and over which data.
Any detail that helps us locate the data; for rectification, the change requested and supporting documentation.

We will reply within a maximum of 20 days and, if applicable, act on it within the following 15 days. Both terms may be extended once for an equal period when the case warrants it. The process is free of charge, except for copying or shipping costs.

We cannot always cancel your data: for example, if it is needed for a current agreement or the law requires us to keep it. Revocation has no retroactive effect.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a data protection request with the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance) within the following 15 days.

7.How long we keep it

For as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax and anti-money-laundering laws and the statute of limitations for legal actions arising from the agreement. Once that period ends, we block and then delete the data. Data from a site contact that does not become a transaction is deleted after 24 months.

8.Cookies and this site

This site does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. It only stores in your browser the area unit you prefer to see (m² or ft²). Maps are loaded from map providers (CARTO and OpenStreetMap), which receive your IP address in order to display them.

9.Changes to this notice

We will publish any change on this same page, with its update date. If the change means using your data for a different purpose, we will ask for your consent again.
